|Recommended: YesCardinal Village Apartment is one of the best Apartments in Louisville, KY. We were so progressive during our two years of stay. Best for students and other professionals. Walking distance to any department of UofL and library. Management is the best.

|Recommended: YesI can sum my apartment in one word: home. — The management here makes me feel safe, comfortable, and secure in knowing all problems will be addressed. I am proud to show my visitors my comfortable, attractive home. I have been at Cardinal Village for twenty years, and it keeps getting better. I have known a lot of managers and can tell you each new manager has brought positive changes to the community. It is amazingly quiet here. The students here seem serious about helping make this village a place where they can work to improve their life and studies.

|Recommended: YesGreat place at affordable price — The location is hard to beat, and management is fantastic. The only issues are you have to contend with are the creaks in the floor, the noise from outside (but that's a consequence of location), and the bright lights entering your room at night depending on where you're facing. None of those issues comes close to outweighing the positives, and overall CV is a nice place to live at a reasonable price.
Also, parking is great! I love not having to take even a second to look for a place to park.

They are attentive, friendly, pleasant, and caring. Any issues that might arise - not that it happens all that often; the facilities are in good condition - they take care of it at lightning pace. Lovely people. They need a raise.

|Recommended: YesConvenient if you have the money. — It is a little expensive, but if you don't mind that it is great for students. Cardinal Village is very convenient for those who spend a lot of time on campus or go back and forth from campus and home.
